STM32 Bootloader

So I been having a Razer Huntsman Elite for some years now, for some reason today I plugged it in and the keyboard didn’t work, no leds, nothing, to realize that on device manager it shows up as “STM32 Bootloader” I been trying a lot of solutions online and nothing seems to work, please help.

I am having the same issue with my daughter’s BlackWidow V3 Quartz. The first time I connect it to a different computer it will work fine, but after a disconnect or anything it will be dark and non responsive and in the Device Manager it shows as the STM32 Bootloader. First off why does this have a bootloader, second why is there no information of how to address this issue? Not directed at you OP.

Thank gawd I use a Logitech mech keyboard.
