Strange backlight logic in BlackWindow Elite.

My question is precisely to the technical support of Razer. I recently bought a BlackWindow Elite keyboard. The logic of the backlight seems to me very strange and annoying. I looked through this forum, and I realized that in fact the “quick effects” of the backlight are not actually stored in the memory of the keyboard itself but are loaded at the time Synapse is launched. And Razer programmers consider this normal. Did I understand correctly? If so, then I am very disappointed for overpaying. This is how software works for much more cheap keyboards. Moreover, it becomes strange to me why the “advanced effects” cannot be tied to a separate profile. To connect a set settings of key and macros from a profile with “advanced effects”, I have to perform significantly more actions than on cheap keyboards without built-in memory. But this is not the end of moral torment. When I get bored with the riot of colors and I want to return to the quiet illumination of "Quick Effects" this can not be done quickly from the tray. I have to run Synapse.

Tell me honestly, all of the above are not mistakes? Was that your plan?! For to annoy perfectionists?

But maybe I'm wrong. And the “quick effects” backlight are stored in the internal memory. But then why do you forbid it to be used outside of Windows? You actually reduce the number of keyboard usage scenarios, and therefore reduce the number of potential buyers. If I knew about such a strange backlight behavior, I would never buy a keyboard from Rizen.
