Stream Controller can't switch profiles

Hi, I have a Loupedeck Live S and purchased a Razer Stream Controller just because in the “Global Shortcuts” tab within Synapse 3, it states “Global shortcuts are custom key combinations that work across all device profiles.  This feature only works for Razer Synapse 3-enabled device inputs”.  Obviously the Loupedeck Live S is not Synapse 3-enabled but the Razer Stream Controller is.  However, the Razer product does no more than the Loupedeck.  Why can’t I control my profiles from it?  I do have the Synapse plugin installed in the Loupedeck software.  However, that only seems able to control my Basilisk V3 Pro mouse.  It doesn’t even show my Blackwidow V4 Pro, Mouse Dock Pro or Strider Chroma.  Why not?  I should have just stuck with the Loupedeck.
