Strider RGB Stopped Working After 2 Days

Hi,

I just bought the Strider mouse pad, RGB worked fine for 2 days and now it doesn’t come on at all. I’ve unplugged it, done factory reset, made sure dynamic lighting is off and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🏼
