Hi,



When i turn my laptop on, it is stuck at the first screen with the razer logo. No keys work. Tried pressing f12 and other function keys to go into safe mode/bios but nothing works.



Has anyone had this issue?



Please help. I am in the middle of applying for jobs during the pandemic and this is not looking good.

Please check if the laptop can boot to Windows Safe Mode with networking by performing the steps here. Also, try resetting the BIOS by performing the steps below:



  • In the startup, once the “Razer Logo" appears on the screen, tap the "F1" or "Del" key repeatedly.

  • The BIOS screen should appear as below. If it does not, please try again and ensure that you press the "F1" key fast enough to trigger the setting.

  • In the last tab, there is an option to restore settings to default.

  • Click Save and Exit tab> Select Restore Default> Reboot system.
