Hello, Im stuck on the “logging you in” screen. tried resintalling but didnt help.. Anyone know whats going on? thanks

 

 

I have hit the same problem. Stuck on the “logging you in” screen. Did a full uninstall and reinstall, but still have the problem. I am seeing reports of this on the web, so it looks like this is an issue with Razer and not our local computers!

What troubleshooting have you tried so far, and when did the issue start? Here are some steps that you can try to isolate the problem:

  1. Restart your device. After restarting, attempt to log in again.
  2. Try clearing the cache and data for the app.
