I cannot enable 7.1 Sound. The screen is stuck on ‘Logging You In’.
I am running windows 10 pro - 64 bit. I have no trouble logging in to my account and I have an activation code but I never get to the point where it asks for the code.

I’m here to help. To isolate the issue, please restart your device. After restarting, attempt to log in again. You can also try closing the app first in the task manager, then running it again as an administrator. If it doesn't work, PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds to fix it. All the best!
