Stuck on verification process

After trying to make a purchase with razer gold pin, I was asked to verify myself via Shufti. However more than 1 day has passed and I still get this this message: 

“We apologize for the inconvenience - your ID and address verification is in progress. Once this is completed, you will be able to continue with your purchase. If any further information is required, we will be in touch. We aim to complete all verifications within 24 hours.”

I checked my email and still got nothing. It’s getting really annoying because after topping up I can’t do anything with my points.
