Stuff Keeps Cutting Out (Particularly The Audio) | Razer Insider

So, I've got a LOT of Razer stuff. The Mamba Elite, the Blackwidow Chroma, the Base Station Chroma, the Kraken (Kitty Edition), and the Goliathus Chroma. There's just one issue: It's starting to disconnect at random. I'll be watching a video or talking with friends on Discord (or WORKING FROM HOME), and I'll lose my audio and mic, my mouse won't work, and my keyboard stops functioning. I've brought this to Razer's attention no less than three separate times, and they either have no idea what's causing it, or tell me to do what I've already done to try and fix it, which obviously hasn't worked if I'm still having the issue. Most of the time they just pass me to someone else and I have to start all over. Can someone, ANYONE, offer a REAL solution?



I keep Windows 10 updated, I keep my drivers updated, I keep Synapse updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse several times, and it just doesn't help.
That's a bummer. Have you tried connecting to different USB ports and check if it yields the same issue? Let's isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
