Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing difficulties connecting my Razer Basilisk V2 Pro mouse. I am unable to connect it via Bluetooth despite multiple attempts to enter pairing mode. The mouse cycles through RGB colors without entering pairing mode.

Additionally, the connection via USB cable is also not working. The mouse is not recognized by the computer, even after trying different USB ports.

I would like to note that my mouse does not have a button to switch between Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz modes. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I’m having trouble connecting my Razer Basilik V2 Pro mouse. It does not enter Bluetooh pairing mode ; it only cycles  trough RGB
My mouse does not have a switch between Bluetooh and 2.4 GHz modes. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including checking drivers and charging the mouse.

​​​Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues or if the mouse might be defective ?
