I signed up using my Apple account and have completed the product registration. However, the email address associated with my Apple ID uses a Naver domain, and I’m currently unable to receive emails through it.
Therefore, I’d like to change my registered email address to:

Also, could you please resend the 7.1 Surround Sound code to this new email address?

I suggest submitting a case through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Select Software & Apps > Synapse 3 or 4 > Yes or No for Are you using Synapse with a Razer Device > click Next > Other Issue so you can get the Contact Support button and select the chat or email option there. Otherwise, send me a PM so I can help initiate a support ticket on your behalf.
Furthermore, you can try requesting the 7.1 Surround Sound through this page. It’s better to check the list of devices supported by the 7.1 Surround Sound software. You can learn from that article which devices will receive the 7.1 Surround Sound after product registration or those products that will be sold together with a scratch card.
