My NARI Ultimate headset failed and are broken today. Your tool does not recognize my SN as being within the 2 year period and will not allow me to contact support, but I have the receipt to show I purchased from Amazon on June 27 2021. Exactly 2 years ago to the day.
The dongle failed on the exact day of warranty after working without issue for 1 year and 364 days. I see on the forums this is common, and there is not a posted remedy. Please email me to start the RMA.
