Sudden Bluetooth drops on Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model | Razer Insider

I try to get my head around sudden Bluetooth drop issues on my Razer Blade 15 Adv. (2020).

I'm using the laptop to race virtually on Zwift. Therefore my power source (Tacx Neo) is connected to my laptop through Bluetooth. I had multiple occasion where the signal got lost after 10min, 2x after 45min, etc. for a period of 5-15 seconds.

I haven't had any Bluetooth issues with Zwift on my old laptop, tablet or phone. So I reinstalled Win10 OS from scratch on my Razer Blade, no other apps than Zwift. Still, same issue.

Questions to support / community:

1. After installation of Win10, windows updates and Razer synapse, my Bluetooth controller shows as unknown device in the device manager. I install the Intel driver (available under windows optional updates), and the Bluetooth controller is recognized then. Is this the correct driver, or is there a alternative driver from Razer directly available?

2. Where is exactly the Bluetooth antenna located on Razer Blade Adv. 2020?

3. I tried to connect power source through a separate Bluetooth dongle, with USB extension cable to shorten the 1.5m distance to the power source down to 50cm. Still same issue. Seems it could be related to the USB Host Controller itself? Other than a driver issue, could this be related to a windows power setting?

Thanks for any help!
