Hi!
So I recently noticed a jump in my normal cpu temperatures. Idling, it used to sit around 50 and browsing would bring it up to 55, maybe 60 if I had a lot of tabs open or was streaming something off YouTube or the like. Now, it seems like the computer starts at around 50 and then over the course of about 10 minutes climbs to mid 60s temps regardless of what I'm doing, sometimes hitting 70. Under high load, however, I have yet to see the cpu temperature go above 90. I'm not totally sure what's going on that it has begun to run so hot under low stress but not increase the highest temperature the cpu is reaching.
I think it may be a software issue because I just dusted everything out today and reapplied thermal paste only a few months ago. I also recently had to roll back my nvidia and intel gpu drivers because they had updated and were no longer compatible with my device, or at least seemed so, but the temperatures were already climbing before that as well. i've also already tried disabling turbo and undervolting which worked wonders when I first did it well over a year ago but seems to make little to no difference now. For reference, I have the Razer Blade 15 (2018) Advanced model.
Any help is appreciated. I've been scouring the internet but can't seem to find anything that has worked for me. Let me know if there's any other system info I should provide to make troubleshooting easier.

Ok quick update. I should mention that I've also attempted to lower temperature by tweaking the power settings to no avail and that my temperature while only having Opera, ThrottleStop, and Bitdefender antivirus (running in background) active spiked at 79 Celsius while on a cooling pad. I've scanned for viruses several times now as well, kinda at a loss.

Ok so idle temps are about the same. around 60 on startup, dropped down to 58 and then slowly started climbing back into the 60s again over the course of about 5 minutes. As soon as I opened my browser to reply here temps immediately spiked to 70, dropped down to 63 and seems to hover around there for the most part, but will eventually start climbing back up to 70.
Can you go to ur task manager and check which one has high power usage ?
And when you find which apps, go to the details tab on ur task manager, and put those app into medium priority, see if it's help

Right now with just my browser open, there's nothing with high power usage listed. The browser fluctuates between very low and moderate but when I went to check the priority it's already set to low

Last option that im aware of, how long have you owned your blade( u mentioned u had 2018 but did u actually have ur blade from 2018? Have you ever cleaned the fans of your blade?
if u havent clean ur blade fans. its probably u have thick dust that u need to clean it , simple clean with air duster from any hardware store or amazon

Yeah I bought it in winter of 2018. I've dusted out the fans several times since then, once recently because of the sudden temp increase. And windows is updated too. I also double checked on razer's page with the drivers cleared for this device and everything I have installed should be compatible
It's time to contact costumer support @Razer.Zionzedd try DM. they respond quickly hopefully they can help with some tweaks for your system

Thanks for looping me in.
@Professor_Cosmos Did you already try the steps here on how to keep the Razer Blade at optimal temperature? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds and available firmware updates. I may also need to start a case and forward your concern to the Software Team if necessary.
