Does Razer Support have any advise or suggestions to provide to people who are having provisioning problems with Razer Phone 2?
The 'out-of-the-box' (unlocked) configuration with a brand new Total Wireless sim card results in non-working features of the phone. This includes Data, and incoming SMS.

I spent hours with Razer support the other day and was finally able to update the APN which gets data working, but still leaves incoming SMS non-functional.
Many people (myself included) don't know what we need to ask of our provider to resolve this issue. Total Wireless is less than forth-coming with people who don't buy phones from them, so many of us aren't sure of the exact fix for the problem. I've heard the problem lies with everything from the APN settings, to CDMA-less provisioning (a.k.a. feature code #83856 ), to network incompatibility.
