Support and Creating a ticket does not work.

Hi Razer team,

 

I just purchased a brand new 360 Hanbo AIO and when trying to submit a ticket, in chrome or edge the page does not progress after I input my serial number.

 

The AIO I purchased has updated firmware, and it runs too hot on a 9800x3d. I’m getting 90C temps in multiple games. I’ve triple checked every connection is right, and the screws for the mounting bracket are tight. 

SInce this is a new product and I cant return it to newegg, is there a way to return it directly to Razer?

Edit** I’ve read this product does not come with the AM5 bracket, how can I request one?

Hey ​@Whgjr,

Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I create your case? Please also include a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can attach it to your case. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
