Hi Razer team,
I just purchased a brand new 360 Hanbo AIO and when trying to submit a ticket, in chrome or edge the page does not progress after I input my serial number.
The AIO I purchased has updated firmware, and it runs too hot on a 9800x3d. I’m getting 90C temps in multiple games. I’ve triple checked every connection is right, and the screws for the mounting bracket are tight.
SInce this is a new product and I cant return it to newegg, is there a way to return it directly to Razer?

Edit** I’ve read this product does not come with the AM5 bracket, how can I request one?
