Hi,
Can anyone shed some light on how to get an external monitor working via USB-C to DisplayPort. When I plug in my USB-C to DisplayPort cable I get an error in windows saying 'Display connection might be limited'.
Does my Razer 15 support DisplayPort Alternate mode?
Do I need to update any driver and if so where can I find these as there is nothing for this model on the Razer support website.
My monitor is an Acer Predator XB252Q
Razer 15 Model: RZ09-03519W11
Any help is welcome!

This particular variant's USB-C port does not support DP Alternate Mode. Click here for the device specifications.
Thank you for getting back to me.
So would I be able to use a USB-C to USB-C cable for an external display? Would this run off the GPU?
Otherwise I’m limited to HDMI at 60Hz and without G-Synch. (My monitor is 240Hz and G-Synch)

The transfer speed of the ports is limited. You won't be able to run higher refresh rates on external panels.
