I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and tried to register it as a product on my account, but I received a message stating that the product had already been registered. However, I did not do this. I have the box, the serial number, the headset, and all the brochures. The box was sealed.
For reference: I have the product ID and serial number, and I can provide them for verification.
