Support unresponsive?

Hello,

I am rather new to Razer, is this common to have the chat and phone options simply unavailable to customers with support issues? If so, this is not a company I want to be working with. I appreciate the honest feedback.

Seems so, no response whatsoever, even in these forums in my case. And I simply want to buy their software, yet no one responded from Razer side. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I just purchased a Laptop and the added protection...... I am highly questioning that decision right now. They cant even answer a chat?
I've also not gotten any further response for my RMA incident for over a week. Probably going to stop using Razer products after this.

Yup, no response from Support, that's why went to this forum for help. Still nothing...even after following up past couple weeks.

Apart from support of my existing Razer products, I actually want to buy a Razer product and no one from Razer seems to care.

Seriously this is VERY POOR customer service and have not even purchased the product yet.

Seriously considering to change all of my Razer products to other brands that at the very least helps you to buy their products.
When I posted a Support request a couple of months back, it took them a couple of weeks to take it up, but once they did they were really quick to respond.

I think it's just their initial response which is currently quite delayed due to the whole COVID situation...
