Viewed the video, not useful for me.
I bought a Razer Chroma via shopee, just couldn't register the product, even after seeing the video!
On the box and under the mouse the product code are actually different! I tried both product code but both doesn't work.
AND Synapse (both v2 and v3) could not recognize the mouse either! Tried all the troubleshooting video, guide and can't find any help. Searched for the driver and couldn't find it either.
What a pain!!!

Which peripheral did you bought exactly?
There are many fake Razer peripherals on aliexpress or shopee.
Viewed the video, not useful for me.

I have a mamba snake ks620 keyboard and can't find anything for s/n number. I have looked on the back of my keyboard and it is only 10 digits long. I don't know where to look since I have had this for over a year. I need help.

If it was previously (before 7.1 surround app uninstalling) activated, then it's assigned to your Razer ID account. After installing 7.1 surround app you'll just need to login to your Razer ID account.

Just press the assigned button ;)
You've properly bound macro. If you want to edit it - just go to Macro tab on the top of synapse, then choose your Macro1 (from left side)... or create another one.

@juliojohan22 - you must register your Barracuda X on your Razer ID account, then you'll receive 7.1 surround activation code on your e-mail.

Hello, I just bought the barracuda X headphone and I want to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I've registered my headphone and I dont know ehere to find the activation number for the surround sound. Where is it ?

That's good info folks, especially if you want to register the Razer product for warranty and its also needed when reaching Razer support.

I have a problem with my razor kraken 7.1 headset. When i want to activate it it say "license code has already been used" . I Have original pack, with serial, activation code paper,.. Can you help me..
