surround 7.1 and i have activated my razer id

hello i have the razer kraken 7.1 chroma.i bought a new pc and i cant activate the surround 7.1.i dont have an activation code.were can i get it ?? help me please!!! thanks.

Hello I have a the same type of Razer Kraken 7.1 chroma virtual surround usb headset and am experiencing the same issue. has a resolution been found? I have done alot of troubleshooting and internet searching for fixes and nothing has worked so far. Razor synapse 2 is what is required as synapse 3 says its unsupported. The calibration test doesnt go through individual channels and I hear everything through both ears at all times. This is the second one of these headsets I have aquired because the first one worked great for a few years until it started to disconnect randomly after a while. (I figured wear and tear, plus kids have knocked it down a few times)

However, the team can no longer generate a Razer Surround Sound Pro code as the promotion has ended for the older devices.
