Surround 7.1 No authentication found
I am not able to log into 7.1 surround and I get "no authentication found" error.
Seeking some forum thread as support team says "typically caused by a reinstall" or "restart pc" but this is my FIRST time installing the Surround 7.1 software and i have restarted my pc multiple times.
