Hello im using external sound card + razer surrond pro for over a 5-6 years. Yesterday microsoft released some big update (obv forced to install) and since that i cant use Surrond option,whenever i try sound becomes stertorous. I`ve already checked my headphones and they are completely okey and i dont think there is any issue with my sound card since its working without Surround pro completely fine. If i remember correctly this happened to me few times before,always after some windows update. Does anyone experecing same issue ?

      Yes, same issue for me with the new windows 10 v.2004 update. Probably the last time I will buy a Razor product...

      same issue here they really need to patch...
      I just got the same issue but discovered it's a Window's issue, not Razer. However, I had been lucky enough to get Surround Sound Pro for free when they were offering it right before it came out -- and now I can't get it back. Whatever activation code I got was on a Yahoo email that I don't use, and apparently Yahoo deletes all your stored emails after so much inactivity.....so now I can never get the free, promised for life, Surround Sound..... but to fix the issue, just uninstall and re-install all your sound drivers, possibly your network adapter but it's all just a simple uninstall -- re-install.

      Yeah i've done that and it does not fix the issue at all
      Any other way to make sure Razer is aware of that issue and they patch this asap?
      Everyone seems to be affected by this bug. Let's try to merge these threads so we might get some attention from Razer

      so I have razer pro surround for 5-6 years now on synapse 2.0, recently I reinstalled my laptop I can't find surround on synapse 2.0 download link and what I found just synapse 3.0 and I must enter the code that I don't have anymore. so how I gonna use the pro vers. of the surround on 3.0 if i don't have the code anymore ??? or can someine sent me the link for 2.0 surround vers.
