Surround Pro Flickering/cracking/cutting sound in all devices when enabling Surround.

Hello, My problem is that when i enable Surround pro, the sound is making annoying sharp flickering and cracking in the device i am using, i tried to install. Reinstall drives of my devices and my motherboard, Reinstall razer surround pro but nothing solved the issue. Can anyone help me please with this issue? My Razer Synapse Version: 2.21 My Razer Surround Pro Version: 2.0.29.20 thanks.

It's a problem with the Windows 10 April update (2004), the only solution for now is to roll back to 1909
