I recently started using my krakens again and I found out about the surround sound app. Ive had many issues trying to get the upgrade, Ive already registered my headset a while back and have not gotten a code for said upgrade. Ive tried the link to buy the upgrade but its dead so now im here......Id like to get my code or get a link to buy the upgrade (depending on cost) if possible.

Has anyone else had troubles with the surround sound upgrade?

Check the Razer Surround icon in Synapse. If the icon text reads "Razer Surround Pro" then Surround has already been upgraded. The users already using Razer Surround Pro will receive an e-mail with the activation code. If the icon reads "Razer Surround" and you were prompted that you will receive an activation code but still have not received it, follow these steps:


  • Check the "Spam" folder for the e-mail ID registered with your Razer account.
  • Add our e-mail address [email]donotreply@razerzone.com[/email] to your e-mail safe senders list.
  • If you still do not see an e-mail with the activation code, contact Customer Support.

I got the prompt stating that I would receive an upgrade code via email but I havent received it. I already have Razer as a safe sender and my spam stays mostly empty so I would notice if it were sent there. Ive already submitted a customer support ticket before this thread and Ive just done another prior to this reply. The screen after Ive submitted tells me Covid might make response times longer which is why I made this thread to see if anyone can help while I wait for my response.

this is not something that we can help, bcuz we do not have access to your database in razer, the only one could help is razer support team, you need to wait for their reply.
