surround sound 7.1 activation code damaged

any help to get another activation code on razer surround sound 7.1? the grey part was too hard to scratch so my stupid ass used a small blade damaging some part of the code, making the letters and digit unreadable. the product that I purchased is a Razer Kraken X i currently still have the box, receipt and the damaged activation code.

Please send me your headset's serial number via PM, together with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Also, include a photo of the damaged scratch card.
