the grey part was too hard to scratch so I used a coin however some code was being damaged the product that I purchased is blueshark v2x I currently still have the box, receipt and the damaged activation code.

    Please send me your headset's serial number via PM, together with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Also, include a photo of the damaged scratch card.
