SURROUND SOUND 7.1 NOT DETECED PLAYBACK WINDOWS 10

i dont know what happened exccatly. i have a kraken headset and surround sound 7.1 was working fine until today , i didnt find the playback to switch , i uninstall and installed both surround sound engine and the sound driver but nothing happened , any ideas ?

    Were there any changes or updates applied to your system before the issue? Have you check your computer's anti-virus or firewall and see if any Razer-related files have been blocked? Please send me a PM together with your computer's Razer Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online storage, then paste the link in your message.       Hello and thank you for answering, no actually nothing happened and yeah i checked my antivirus all work fine. the problem is that when i installed synapse 3, it couldn't detect the headset ( Razer Kraken X for console ) i even installed synapse 2 and same thing. they both only detected my mouse. Sorry for late response Thank you
