I have recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X. I have downloaded and updated the windows app, and tried to use the activation code that was sent, but it keeps returning as “invalid”.
When I used the troubleshooting on the site, I keep being sent the original invalid code, not a new valid code.
As I continuously try to click through the “Contact Us” section, I am led to the same page to request a new code, which sends me the original code. If there is a contact I can communicate with, please let me know.
