Surround Sound Code invalid..

Hello everyone! So, I just got a new Razer Kraken X headset and I've gone to redeem the code for the 7.1 surround sound system and it says the code is invalid? I double-checked the code and everything was correct. What's been done wrong?

    I have same problem, I bought Razer Kraken X Lite today, created an account, registered the product and when I want type the code for 7.1 Sorrund Sounds it says the code is invalid.

    Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Allow me to help. Please send me the following: a. The associated email to your Razer ID. b. A photo/video showing where you've got the code. c. A photo showing the device's model and serial number. d. The error message during the code activation. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link together with PM. I'll wait for your follow-up. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
