Surround sound code not Working

Please help me retrieve my 7.1 surround sound code. I over scratched it and cant see clearly some characters (around 6 characters are unreadable). I tried to guess what's the character but keeps receiving invalid code. I registered my Razer Kraken X to razerid.razer.com. This was purchased last September 21, 2020.

    I manage to decipher to code. Is there any other way to have the code in case you lost it?

    Sure you can, the card must have a serial number also. send it to razer support https://support.razer.com/contact-support/?c=
