Surround Sound does not appear in playback device

My razer blackshark v2 x starts to crackle when the volume is high so I try to fix it by uninstall and reinstall the surround sound in the device manager. After I restart my laptop, the surround sound does not appear anymore in the playback device. I had tried to reinstall the surround system a couple times and it still not working. Any solutions???

I think I am having a similar issue. Mine just disappeared and I can't choose "THX Spartial" as my playback device, it's literally missing and whatever I do doesn't fix the cause.
