Surround Sound does not work

I do not know what the problem is, I heard from Microsoft that my problem is that my Kraken X Lite headphones are not configured with a windows device, so they are not displayed as a different device for sound, so the program "7.1 Surround Sound "cannot work properly, i.e. the headphones are not displayed in the device selection, the headphones themselves work, the sound is there, but the Surround Sound function does not work, what is the problem?
