Surround Sound key
Hi there, i have a problem with my kraken pro v2 black oval (after update win10 and realtek my mic stop working), i had tried to fix it, but nothing heled. Can i ask for a key with my model of headphones or what should i do ?

If you have an analog variant, you will want to reinstall your sound card drivers, in your case, Realtek. This is because the headset directly communicates with that part of the system. You will also want to test the device on a smartphone. As for your surround sound key, please send me the serial number of the headset so I can check if it is eligible.
