Surround Sound Scratch Card Not Working

I recently bought a razer blackshark v2 x and tried redeeming the scratch card but is invalid every time I try. I've tried everything I could think of and don't want to return the headset because I love it.

Try using English US keyboard format We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. If it still fails, advise on this thread and wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
Also, 7.1 SS Activation Code can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If RAZER headset is a second hand item, likely the previous owner would have applied the code.
