I don't know what they are doing at Razer..In one of the worst decisions of my life, I bought a laptop from Razer, the worst customer service company I have ever encountered. By coincidence, I was upgrading the SSD and discovered that the battery was swollen. I started emailing them, beginning a miserable journey of emails stating that we would not replace the Battery unless you pay 150 USD.The question is, is the battery supposed to swell within less than two years of use? And without gaming. What if this battery explodes in the house and causes other damage?I have used dozens of devices , including laptops and phones, and this is the first time this has happened and I discovered it by chance. Am I supposed to open the laptop every month, to check the battery condition? What happened is conclusive evidence that the problem was the use of a poor quality product in the beginning without taking into account the damage that could occur as a result.
It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews on these companies' devices, which I now discovered is a common problem with their devices.
