Syanpse 2 / 3 not recognising periferals

Hi All I'm trying to setup my ornata V1 keyboard on synapse but it isnt recognised on synapse 2 / 3. My Naga is recognised on 3 where as my kraken is recognised on 2. Previously this keyboard was working on both platforms but I had some issues with setting up other periferals. I have tried reinstalling both softwares, updating drivers etc. but no change. Anyone got a solution?

If can you send me a screenshot of how the keyboard is detected in the Device Manager. That would be a big help. For now, let us do a clean reinstallation of your Razer Synapse by following the steps from this page. Do send me a PM if you need further assistance.
