Syapse Beta still missing Blackshard V2 Pro 2020 headset

Hi. I am hoping someone can impart some info please?

  1. Any news on how long customers will have to wait for the Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 headset to be added to the Synapse Beta along with the THX spatial audio?
  2. How do I download the full Synapse version (not the beta). I can't seem to find it anymore…

Bro, delete sucking Synapse and try GG SteelSeries software for headsets. Since november we’re waiting for working Synapse((

Actually i installed the beta to try out and only thing it detected was my mousepad. I have razer sound bar, and Razer aRGB hub. did not see those. is this expected?

I have tried DTS sound, it works better than Razer and its THX.

Razer has scammed us with sound, in my case the Kraken TE.

I bought the HyperX Cloud 3 (DTS Sound:X) and now I have good sound, not the garbage that Razer has
