synapse 2.0 automatically changed my mouse settings.
Razer Abyssus 1800 (legacy mouse on synapse 2.0)
just installed razer synapse 2.0 today because i was interested in customizing some of my mouse settings. Ive used this same mouse and laptop for about a year however i have not used any razer software besides some of the drivers the mouse downloads upon first plugging it in.
The final step of the synapse 2.0 installation asked me to reset my computer in order to use it, which i did. after restarting my device i noticed my mouse sensitivity was insanely fast. I opened up the program and then logged into an older account i had. I viewed my mouse performance settings and seen the dpi was set to max (1800) and the acceleration was set to 0.
here lies the issue. I dont know what my mouse settings were before downloading synapse 2.0. The only setting i have ever actually changed on my mouse was the cursor speed in windows settings. I didnt even know what my dpi or acceleration was before it was changed.
I dont know if perhaps the drivers for the mouse being updated within synapse 2.0 or maybe the software itself changed my mouse settings but i am looking for help to find out either what my settings were before the change, or if there is a way to revert the changes done to my mouse settings
any help would be appreciated
