Synapse 2.0 doesn't open at all after login
Hello, I recently bought a Razer Kraken headset and I tried to install the Synapse app. When I insert my email and password and I do login it works but after that it says "Syncing with the cloud..." and the the window shuts down. When I go to the minimized icon, it's running but if I try to open the app nothing happens.
I tried to unistall and reinstall multiple times, I don't know what to do.
I am trying to solve an issue because the headset works well with audio but I am having problems with the mic: it makes an annoying noise and I am trying to suppress it with software but still I would like to know why is doing that.
