Synapse 2.0 doesn't open at all after login


Hello, I recently bought a Razer Kraken headset and I tried to install the Synapse app. When I insert my email and password and I do login it works but after that it says "Syncing with the cloud..." and the the window shuts down. When I go to the minimized icon, it's running but if I try to open the app nothing happens.



I tried to unistall and reinstall multiple times, I don't know what to do.



I am trying to solve an issue because the headset works well with audio but I am having problems with the mic: it makes an annoying noise and I am trying to suppress it with software but still I would like to know why is doing that.

I highly recommend that you try our recommended troubleshooting guide for when Synapse isn't loading or launching. That said, do you mind sending me the serial number of your headset via PM? I'd like to verify the model so I can point you in the right direction.

Hi, I already found that guide before and did all the steps, I performed at least two times a clean unistall and tried to turn off the firewall and everything it says, still the app appear minimized and running in the task manager but I can't open it. My PC is way above the requirements as well.
Here's the serial number of my headset: removed from public view.
I tried to install the synapse 3.0 and it worked fine, opening the window and everything the problem is that it says my product is not supported so I am forced to use the 2.0 anyway

If that is the case, then we may have to look into your system, application and Synapse 2.0 logs. You can get the first two from Windows Event Viewer and Synapse 2 logs from by navigating and collecting the files on the following locations:

Synapse Logs:
Please zip the folder C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse\\Logs

MSINFO:
C:\\Windows\\System32\\MSInfo32.exe and export the information
Zip SetupAPI logs:
C:\\Windows\\inf\\setupapi.app.log
C:\\Windows\\inf\\setupapi.dev.log

Dump:
%SystemRoot%\\MEMORY.DMP
%systemroot%\\Minidump\\*.dmp

Upload all of these on GDrive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link via PM. *Locking thread to curb conversation to PMs.
