Synapse 2.0 - Invalid email or and password

Hi Guys pls help me - I use my razer naga for work ( autocad ) and i cant work because synapse 2.0 after enter password and login show that are incorrect It is of course not true because i can without no problem login to razer id on website Pls help !

      Check your windows keyboard settings, sometimes keyboard lang can change per app or just do CTRL + SHIFT before typing login/password.
