Razer Synapse is stuck in this screen here and I can't do anything https://ibb.co/7SjTDzD I tried: - COMPLETELY uninstalling (deleting ALL files) - Reinstalling several times - Installing the Razer Synapse 3 (which is in beta) - Registering my headphones with the unique code - Executing Razer Synapse with admin rights Someone can help me?

    This means that Synapse has not detected a supported Razer device. Can you put up a screenshot of how the Razer peripheral you are trying to customize appear in the device manager?

    @macs90 Uninstall the mouse drivers including the mouse compatible HID and reboot. That should refresh the drivers and get Synapse 2.0 to detect your mouse. PM me if the problem persists.
