First off, why can't it support synapse 3? It's hardly legacy, and many people use it.

Your point is well taken, however, our Razer Synapse 3.0 will remain in beta while we continually add support for legacy devices and gather feedback from the community about its new feature set, UI and until we reach the final state. And for your concern, that is odd. We need to further investigate on it. Please send me a PM together with your mouse serial number. Let's continue from there.
