Synapse 2 doesn't work

Hey there, I have a Kraken Pro v2 and I've been using Synapse 2 ever since I got it. But for some reason it started to have some cracking noise so I've reinstalled it. After I reinstalled I couldn't use it though. It just doesn't let me in the actual program. Even though I have my headset registered it still doesn't work and it doesn't say why. Hey there! Please send your Razer Synapse 2.0's logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive of to another online drive account then paste the link together with your PM. Let's continue from there.

I did the same as you did. I also have this crackle problem. I added my product again. Even though he saw him :) And the "PRO update" option appeared But unfortunately the problem: humming, crackling, humming did not stop. I don't know what to do with this fact? Razer?

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your experience/concern here. And yes, our Support Team is aware of this audio quality behavior. I suggest submitting a case to our Support Team so they can easily track all the affected users which can help their investigation. Else, send me a PM.
