Synapse 2 issue

My mouse doesn't appear on the synapse 2, suggesting that i'd need to register it for it to appear. Yet the mouse is already registered and has been for years. I've only encountered this issue since synapse 3 has released. I am unable to change anything with the chroma because of this issue.
