Hi All,



I've been running into these issues since I bought the Orbweaver, no update has ever been able to fix it in a year.



I have two profiles, one for Borderlands and one for Overwatch. Both have different colors assigned and a slightly different keypad configuration.



Firstly, about once every two weeks, despite the Synapse software being launched, the wrong keypad assignment profile appears to be selected, but checking Synapse software my Overwatch profile is indeed selected. What is odd is all of the color assignment sometimes go missing and the keys just slowly fade green in and out. This doesn't always happen, and when it doesn't happen it can be devastating while playing a game simply because I can't tell if the keypad assignments have gone wonky until I am playing the game. Sometimes rebooting doesn't work, and changing USB ports does nothing until it just magically works after what seems like random troubleshooting sequences.



Secondly, about once or twice a week, the Chroma Apps On-Off button keeps getting selected to "on". I am not a fan of the Chroma apps functionality and would like to just permanently have it turned off. But somehow randomly it turns itself on. I'm not sure if there is an update or not.



Thirdly, is there a way to stop all communication to the cloud, I do not want miscellaneous bits of software, especially since I have to have both Synapse 2 and 3 installed, pinging the internet. I don't need any updates or features other than controlled bug fixes. Can these apps run locally?
