why my synapse cant detect my keyboard and while installing synapse3.0 it said razer control device driver failed install

That error message usually indicates that there is something like an Antimalware or Firewall blocking the installation process. Disable those for now and try again. PM me should the problem persists.

i see that instruction manual write must windows 8 and above. then i try at my windows 8 computer, its working . that mean my windows 7 is because windows problem ? or windows 7 is actually also can?

It should still work on Windows 7. Try running Windows updater and make sure you run the Synapse 3.0 installer with administrator privileges.

i already tried but its still didnt show out at razer synapse 3, but if i connect the keyboard to my other computers , windows 8 computer then its working. but my own window 7 is still not working

This issue is limited to Windows 7 systems that are not using the latest service pack/update. If you are still using an old version Windows 7 without SHA-2 support, the driver installation will fail and won't be able to help you. You must have Windows update id: 3033929 for Windows 7 for your drivers to be installed successfully.
