Some days ago Synapse 3.0 EQ and Enhancement have stopped doing anything for my Nari Headset, it worked fine when buying it roughtly a month ago, but now even with completely ridiculous settings
there is no discernable difference in the sound.
So far i have tried:
Plugging it into a different USB port
Restarting my PC
Restarting Synapse
Restarting my Headset
Opening a new Profile for my Nari
None of these have worked so far
Edit: Trying to reset the headset to factory settings only adds a new profile and doesnt help either

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you tried connecting the headset to a different PC and see if there's a difference?

i have not tried to connect it to another pc yet, tho the equalizer works fine for a day or 2 after expieriencing the error where it tells me i need to restart synapse (restarting the program without the error doesnt do help) , but i dont know how to trigger that on purpose yet

Thanks for letting me know. Please continue monitoring its behavior. Should the issue persists, please log in to a guest or create a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if there's a difference. Feel free to send me a PM should you need further assistance.
