Synapse 3.0 not loading on Win 7 x64

Having Problems with Razer Synapse. Everything is installed. It ran before. My colors were not changing for profiles. I figured I just needed to login. So I did. I went to the Keyboard. Then It said something was not installed to customize the colors [which it was, cause I created custom profiles for games before]. Okay, so I needed to install an addon for the software. The addon downloaded and installed, but now Synapse stopped working, visually. So I decided to update Synapse. Now It doesn't work and I am now in a download installation loop. Help

So it has been Five Days and no response from anyone on this forum. As a support forum, I would think someone would have chimed in about now.

It was solved [found the problem] on my own. Sure it took some troubleshooting, some assessment of prior Razer update issues. Luckily I took some notes on what I did before. It turns out all Razer products always want to be updated to the latest update - even if they are always updated. You have to OPT out of automatic updates, updates in the background and/or BETA updates.

The Razer company [software installed] tell you okay your product and device drivers are installed. Come install some more of our products. Okay. So I see you have one of complimentary software products installed, install this one while you are at it.. you know what, let us just setup the software so we can install more of our products for you. Don't worry about it, we will make sure everything is compatible *wink*.

Meanwhile. The software all seems to be integrate together. I just want these LEDs on the keyboard to do something other than seeing rainbow waves fade to different colors. But no, I have to install three softwares and add on some plugins, and if I want to see if a game has custom colors, there is some additional download and under the hood configuration required.

So what should just be a simple task tray icon [tsr] and maybe 100mb at the most, is really consuming over 2GB of memory at average with over 12-16 tasks and services all working in harmony to do.. IDK. Even the Razer mining slowed my PC even more with no results.

So back to the Synapse issue. It turns out Razer Central says, "hey come download our Beta, run an update." Some how it trips itself to install the update. When the Beta is installed I lost functionality. Like switching profiles, custom colors, or like the software is not installed [just the default LED rainbow flashing]. So Central says, "hey, we have a normal [official] update that is not beta. Come update." It is just a constant loop. So Synapse is working again but the custom LED doesn't work, cause you need an update.

I check my connectivity. Cause you have to logon for it to work. I have updated every .NET package under the sun. I did every firewall trick for applications, ports, ipaddreses, incoming and outgoing. I added custom rules to all the traffic on Razer URLs. I check if the packets were even being held up in the OS. Nope.

In hindsight, all this setup, and work, and resource hogging, and online requirements is pretty disappointing for a system that does not have Antivirus, or does not connect to the Internet to run DRM free games.
